The Northeastern Conference Basketball League (NCBL) Senior Division is designed to be an integral part of the Northeastern Conference Youth Ministries Program. This is designed to give each local Adventist Youth Society and its basketball team another opportunity to fellowship with other societies and teams, to demonstrate and foster Christian friendship and to further demonstrate God’s gift through physical, social, mental and spiritual capabilities.
The governing body of NCJBL is comprised of the Youth Directors of the Northeastern Conference and the Commissioners. Commissioners The responsibilities of the Commissioners include: Planning, organizing and overseeing the entire operation of the league
Since our inception the following teams have won the coveted NCJBL Championship Trophy. 2010 – Mt. Sinai Tigers 2009 – Horeb Hawks 2008 – Ephesus Diplomats 2007 – Cancelled Season 2006 – Ephesus Diplomats 2005
The NCJBL’s season starts at the beginning of September and ends in November. Games are played on Saturday nights and some Sunday afternoons. All games are played at rented high school gyms and community centers
